What we collect, why we hold it, and how to ask us to let it go. Last updated June 2026.
Sede (“we”) builds worlds around ideas. This page covers how we treat the information you give us through this site — chiefly our intake and contact forms.
We keep it short because we keep it small. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we only collect what we need to answer you and do the work.
- What you type into a form — your name, contact email, and the answers about your idea, role, audience, and goals.
- A random session id that ties your answers together if you fill a form across more than one step.
- Basic delivery data your browser sends with any web request (such as IP and user agent), handled by our hosting provider.
We use what you share to read your submission, reply to you, and prepare the work if we take it on. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it to train public models or to build profiles for anyone but you.
Your submissions pass through a few trusted services that run this site and our workflow:
- Netlify — hosting and serverless delivery.
- Airtable — where submissions are stored as records.
- Resend — to email a submission notice to our team.
- Mem0 — to keep a working memory of voice and brand preferences for active engagements.
Each holds your data only to provide that service to us. We do not pass it to anyone else, and we do not sell it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. We will honour reasonable requests. Write to hello@sede.co and we will sort it.
We keep submissions only as long as they are useful to the engagement, then remove them. If we ever change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above.
