What you agree to when you work with us or let us work on your behalf. Last updated June 2026.
Sede (“we”) builds worlds around ideas. These terms cover use of this site and the work we do for the people and brands we take on. By using the site, briefing us, or authorising us to act on your accounts, you agree to what follows.
We keep this short and plain. Where a signed engagement agreement says something different, that agreement wins.
We design and build the parts of a career or brand that sit around the core work — strategy, identity, content, products, partnerships, and the systems that run them. Each engagement is scoped on its own. What you get, and on what terms, is set out when we agree to the work.
With your permission, we act on accounts you own — to send messages, publish posts, or manage tools on your behalf. You grant that access yourself, through a secure connection, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We never see or store your passwords. Access is held by our connection provider on your behalf and used only to carry out the work you have asked for. Outward actions follow a simple rule: we prepare them, you approve them, and only then do they run. You stay in control of what goes out under your name.
You can revoke access whenever you choose, and we will stop. Tell us at hello@sede.co or disconnect the account directly.
When we work on accounts you hold with other services — for example TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, or a payment provider — that platform’s own terms still apply to you and to us.
We use each platform only through its official tools, within its rules. You are responsible for holding accounts in good standing and for the content you ask us to publish. We are not responsible for a platform changing, limiting, or removing access on its side.
- Give us accurate information, and the rights to use any material, names, or media you hand us.
- Hold the accounts and permissions needed for the work, and keep them in good standing.
- Review and approve outward actions before they run. Approval is yours to give.
Fees, scope, and timing are set in the engagement we agree. Ownership of what we build passes to you as that agreement sets out, usually on full payment. We may keep our own methods, templates, and tools, and we may describe the work at a high level unless you ask us not to.
We bring judgement, craft, and effort. We do not promise specific results — reach, sales, growth, or placement — because those depend on things outside our hands. The site and the work are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
Either side can end an engagement as the agreement sets out. You can stop using the site, and withdraw account access, at any time. We may update these terms; if we change them in a way that matters, we will update the date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.
